Physical Products (e.g. printed card packs):

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• To request a return, email amorevetphysio@gmail.com with your order number.

• Once your return is approved and the item is received, a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued within 7 working days.

Damaged or faulty items:

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll replace it free of charge.
